Apple Crisp

10 cups apples, peeled, sliced 3 Tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup water

1 cup flour 1 cup oats, uncooked 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup butter, melted

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 13 pan 2. Place apples in pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sugar,

cinnamon, then water. 3. Combine remaining dry ingredients. Add melted but-

ter and mix until crumbly. 4. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of apples 5. Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are soft 6. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream Enjoy!
