Recipe of the Week Spaghetti Pie

6 ounces spaghetti 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp butter 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 cup sour cream 1 pound Italian sausage 6 ounce can tomato paste 1 cup water 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced

1. Break spaghetti in half. Cook in boiling salted water until done. Drain.

2. Combine spaghetti with eggs + parmesan. Pour into a greased 10” pie plate.

3. Melt butter + saute onion. Stir in sour cream. Spoon over spaghetti.

4. Remove sausage from casing, crumble + cook in skillet until done. Drain. Add tomato paste + water. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon on top of sour cream mixture.

5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Place mozzarella on top

+ melt. Enjoy!
