TRANSCRIPT
Welcome to the quick start guide for Leadin. We also have tutorial video’s located in the members area for more of a in depth look at the software. The software is a web based application that will help you build competitions, contest, sweepstakes and rewards. What is unique about Leadin is that it has a in built CMS system. The CMS system allows you to manage the leads you build.
The Dashboard The dashboard is the first thing you see when you login to Leadin
The dashboard contains two graphs leads in progress and average time spent on page. Leads in progress show you the amount of leads you are bringing in over a fixed period of time. Average time of page is how long your visitors are spending on either your rewards or competitions. NOTE: Updates to these will include a searchable graph and allow you to search via certain competitions and rewards. It also includes a live update this gives you a look at how well your offers are doing with actions and leads you are bringing in.
On the dashboard you also have profile settings.
In this section you need to set your name and email this is extremely important as the name and email will be used in any outgoing emails such as refer a friend. Refer a friend will not work without setting this first. Also here is the message section here you need to set the message that you want to be added to refer a friend and any other outgoing automatic messages. We also have auto responder settings. We have five different auto responders already set. To make these work all you need to do is add in a form for the list you wish to use. The form must have no css or scripts. We also have the first auto responder api’s set and this is Getresponse. Find your api from inside your Getresponse dashboard and add it here and save.
Then when using auto responders in either your rewards or competitions and you wish to use Getresponse you can either use the api or self added forms. API’s will work better than forms. NOTE: Over the next few weeks all self hosted forms will be changed to apis. Affiliate Settings Our software comes with an inbuilt affiliate program. Each user is automatically added and any competitions and rewards you use will automatically be embedded with your affiliate code.
Our affiliate program will not go live until the 1st August until after the beta launch of Leadin. All affiliate payment are paid at 50% and are paid 30 days after the end of the calendar month the payment was made in.
For example if a visitor joined up through your link on the 10th August you would be paid on the 30th September via Paypal. Competition Settings There are three easy steps for setting up competitions. Step One.
