What is a healthy weight?
A healthy weight is defined as that in which a person feels well and is healthy. It is the proper weight for a determined height and physiological characteristics that vary from person to person and take into account diverse variables such as bone structure, age, gender, level of physical activity, among others.
What is BMI? A formula that lets you know
if you have a healthy body weight. The Body Mass Index is the relationship
between our body and our size.
HOW CAN I KNOW MY BMI? It's very simple!
Solve the following formula: BMI:KG/M2= WEIGHT (KG) /
WEIGHT IN METERS X HEIGHT IN METERS
CLASSIFICATION BMI (kg/m2)Underweight < 18.50
Severely underweight < 16.00Moderately underweight 16.00 - 16.99Acceptable underweight 17.00 - 18.49

PLATE OF SUCCESS
Tips to meet your challenge:
1Eat slowly and chew a lot. You should spend at least 20 minutes on each meal. That way, your brain will have enough time to register a sensation of satiety and will prevent you from eating extra portions of food that your body doesn't need
2Eat 5 times a day at set times.Your body will get used to these meal times and will help prevent you from getting hungry at any time of day
3Watch your portions. Even though you don't realize it, your body gets used to eating bigger portions, so reduce the quantity little by little until you eat half of what you used to eat. Using small plates can help you do this. Give it a try!
4Eat five portions of fruits and vegetables per day. Make sure you include them in all of your meals
5Forget about that belief of "Eating everything on your plate". Eat in relation to how hungry you are. Serve small portions on the plate and if you're still hungry you can help yourself to a second serving, but preferably of foods that have less calories, such as vegetables
Reduce the intake of salt in your foods

Frequently asked questionsWe know that when retaking control of your nutrition, certain questions and concerns may arise during the process, which will be key points for you to continue the journey to the goal you wish to achieve.
That is why we share with you an overview of frequently asked questions we are sure will help you with your own questions and myths that have stopped you from being successful.
Why will the 90 Day Challenge work for me?
"I've done several diets and nothing seems to work for me..." It's very simple, the 90 Day Challenge is a program that takes you step by step in combining a good diet with OMNILIFE products; this process adapts to your life rhythm, which allows you to see how much better you feel on a day to day basis. You will strengthen your health and get a lot of energy.
Is it recommended to detoxify my body?
Definitely, as every day we are exposed to multiple toxins in addition to the ones the body generates naturally and that, in both cases, must be eliminated.
Will I get better results if I skip breakfast and/or dinner?
Skipping any one of your main meals is not recommended as it promotes the accumulation of fats in your body, the opposite of what you wish to accomplish.
My hunger controls me!
Since your mind will be conscious of the changes you're making, it will try to sabotage you. We recommend you take control of the situation and not allow it to take the lead. We suggest you:
1. Drink a lot of liquids2. Have healthy options available, such as vegetables, fruits, fiber3. Set meal times4. Increase your daily fiber intake5. No more television during your meals.
It is scientifically proven that when we do both activities at the same time, our brain is not conscious of the quantity of food it's consuming, which will cause an increase of a few extra pounds
6. Always have OMNILIFE products available.
“Making a change to your life requires intention, decision, will and commitment”
Does sleep help with getting a healthy weight?
Of course! Sleep is the third pillar of good health as itgenerates a balance in your body. When your musclesrelax during sleep, they regenerate, your immune systemis strengthened, your circulation is more fluid and your skinassimilates active agents better.
Sleeping is a daily activity, not only because we like it but because it's a necessity for our body and, in return, we get positive results for our health. The World's Health Organization recommends you rest at least 6 hours daily.
What day is cheat day?
None. OMNILIFE accompanies you in this process andprovides the necessary tools to achieve a healthy lifestyle"today and tomorrow again".
You have the ability and freedom to make the decisions that will allow you to get the results you wish to get and when to get them.
Just keep in mind one phrase:“A small and insignificant food can be a bomb of calories”
When will I start to see results?
From the beginning, thanks to the consistency you put in it and the consumption of our products, with the key ingredients that promote and support...
• YOUR DIGESTION: Your internal organs may be oppressed due to ccumulated body fat. Watching and reducing your body weight will help to relieve the pressure on them, supporting optimum digestion.
• YOUR RESISTANCE: If you feel you run out of breath each time you climb up the stairs at your office, we have good news! It will also improve your physical condition and resistance, meaning you will be able to carry out any physical activity without fatigue.
• YOUR REST: Even if it's hard to believe, having excess fat affects your posture and compresses your lungs. Losing unhealthy weight will help you decompress airways and breathe better. The best benefit from this? You will get a great rest!
• YOUR SELF-CONTROL: Being able to say "no!" to these cravings not only will increase your self-control regarding food, but will also do so in other areas of your life, such as impulse buying or controlling your emotions.
