GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS—ACADEMIC
1. In order to WALK for graduation and have your name in the paper, ALL Projects & Work Study/Service Hoursmust be turned in by Thursday, April 30—NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Senior Portfolios must be turned in by Thursday, April 30—NO EXCEPTIONS. If you don’t have one yet, you will soon!
3. All state tests must be taken, all Work Study/Service hours must be turned in, and all required course work must completed in order to receive your diploma.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS—TESTING
ALL STUDENTS:State End of Course OR OGT Exams
(depending on when you began high school)
You will get a personalized testing schedule tonight at the Compass Tables.
Diplomas will be issued only if testing requirements are met.
IF YOU TOOK END OF COURSE EXAMS:
• Testers should have a total of 18 points to graduate; however, if you do not have a total of 18 points this year only, the State of Ohio will allow you to graduate—if you have taken the Algebra, Geometry, and both Language Arts tests twice—AND you completed all work and passed the Pathway that you chose at
the beginning of the year.
• Tonight you will get a paper that shows all the required obstacles that stand in the way of you and your diploma. IF you have a paper connected to this sheet, that means you still have some testing remaining. Pay close attention to the dates on this sheet. Also, you may have a blue highlight in the top corner of your paper. If you do, please see Mrs. Carr or Mrs. Mercer before you leave.

• Dark socks• Dress shoes (no boots)

• Dress, skirt, or dressy capris• NO flip-flops or spiky heels
(for your safety!)
• NO up-do hairstyles (cap won’t fit!)

Graduation Caps & Gowns are RENT-FREE!
You will keep your cap and tassel as a gift from Foxfire Schools!

• 4:00 p.m.—Students arrive for pictures AND STAYthrough graduation
• 4:45 p.m.—Group picture
• 5:30 p.m.—Line up
• 6:00 p.m.—Graduation Ceremony!

GET MEASURED TONIGHT!Visit Mrs. Morton in the Red Room to get your
gown measured. You will need to go down through Compass Hallway and into the Red
Room to alleviate traffic. You will exit out the hallway.
