STRATEGIC PLAN THEMES

The following key themes inform the Strategic Planning consultation process and will shape the overarching academic framework for the Strategy:

STRATEGIC PLAN FRAMEWORK – 2015 - 2020

• the Strategic Plan will form a two page Framework and be underpinned by an Operational Plan

• the Operational Plan will closely link with the Business planning process which will be on a three year cycle from 2015-16

• the Values set out in the Strategic Plan 2011-2015 will be reviewed, updated and incorporated into the new Strategic Plan

• the Plan will include a brief Mission/Vision Statement
