MAJOR STRATEGIES

A)Micro nutrients:

Massive Soil Health Campaign – Collected 331 soil samples

during 2015-16 through GPS.

Planning for distribution of Micronutrients to 916 ha.

Already distributed 34 MTs of Zinc Sulphate for 2014-15.

B) Village level Action Plan has been prepared for 9

villages to address the gaps in productivity.

crop by adopting good agricultural practices with emphasis

on reducing cost of cultivation.

Focus on reducing cost of cultivation by adopting methods

like: direct seeding in paddy (200 ha), zero tillage in maize

(935 ha.), pulses (40ha), etc.
