gk tipsgk will underhand serve/toss ball into wall. as ball comes back gk will have 2 touches (touch to set up and touch to return) to get ball back to wall. must use hands only and one hand per touch

Activity 3slam push passgk will slam ball onto ground and catch. from that catch gk will push pass ball into wall and catch (repeat)

Activity 4slam lateral push passgk will slam ball onto ground and catch. from that catch gk will push pass , but they will push the ball so that it comes back for a lateral shuffle behind ball

Activity 5Distribution combo 1gk will toss ball into wall for catch, from there they will roll ball into wallas the ball comes back the gk will take a touch to the other side of the cone and pass into wall. as ball comes back they will scoop

Activity 6distribution combo 2Ideally performed in the corner of a room. gk will pass ball into wall as it comesback they will receive and turn to pass ball into opposite wall. as the ball comes back the gk will take a touch and hit a low driven ball into the corner for a saveas it comes back

Activity 1Ball Slam Divegk has 2 soccer balls ( one in hand and one on the ground to the side of gk) Start with a ball slam then dive to dead ball on the ground

repeat on each side

Turn and DiveHave 2 cones 3-5 yards apart with one dead ball in front of one of the cones. Stand on the on opposite cone from dead ball and face the nearest sideline. Drop step to turn and face the field, set, then dive to the ball on the opp. Cone

Activity 3double dives 1&2Progression 1: Have 2 balls 3 yards apart. Start on the left side about 5 yards away and behind the soccer balls Dive to the nearest ball then without fulling standing dive to the furthest ball (Emphasizing 2nd save without standing up)

Progression 2: Have 2 balls 5 yards apart. start behind the balls in the middle. Dive to one side then spin to get up (not fully re-stand) and dive to the opposite ball

Activity 1ball bounceplace ball on ground and ball in hand. slam ball in hand onto the ball on ground and catch.

gk tips 1 &2gk will underhand serve ball into wall and play tips 1st progression: 1 hand control with a volley back and repeat (hand foot)2nd progression: 2 touch with body (not hand) and then a hand return back, repeat (foot, foot, hand / chest, thigh, hand / etc.)

Activity 3corner reactionsmust be done in the corner of a room, gk will push pass ball into corner and make the saveball will take deflections and change directions

floor bouncegk will have ball in hand facing a wall. gk will bounce ball (best with underhand serve) ontothe floor. from the bounce on the floor we want the next bounce to go from the floor to thewall. from the bounce off the wall the gk will catch ball.

alternate hands that you servepartner services from a person behind will work as well
