VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL DAY CAMP Join us for an epic adventure June 26-30 from 9am -12pm as we help children

discover their strength in God. VBS offers a unique approach to teaching children

about Jesus so they can learn ways to be like Christ. VBS also offers an oppor-

tunity for adults to grow as servant-leaders. We invite you to grow alongside us as

we encounter adventures with biblical heroes and realize qualities that make us

heroes in God. Do good! Seek peace and go after it! Psalm 34:14b.

JULY 4TH COMMUNITY CELEBRATION Come and help Chestnut Grove invest in the Earlysville Community Celebration,

Tuesday July 4. Parade begins at 3 pm .

We will bless our friends and neighbors with ice cold bottled water, delicious ice

cream, smiles and candy served Jesus style along the route to the Union Church.

To help decorate and ride on the church float, join us at the Hopkinson’s home,

784 Earlysville Forest Drive. Please meet at 2pm to decorate and 2:30pm to ride

on the float. We invite you and all children to wear red, white, and blue. If you

can provide a wagon and/or cooler for use during the parade contact the church

office or call 978-3819.
