We are here to offer our personalized service while handling all of the details in order to make your wedding an unforgettable occasion.

TastingA tasting of your wedding cake will be provided by our bakery. Arrangements for your food tasting must be made directly with your caterer.

Food & Beverage PolicyAll food and beverage must be provided by the DoubleTree by Hilton Lisle Naperville or through the Hotel’s approved ethnic catering vendor. Caterer will be allowed to provide and prep meals to service the event in the assigned kitchen area. All food and beverage provided by hotel and caterer must be consumed on the Hotel’s premise and will not be packed for carry out. It will be at sole discretion of Hotel to dispose of food leftover after the service of an event. The Hotel’s Chefs are responsible for overseeing the use of the kitchen and equipment. Guest or Host are not allowed to enter the kitchen and service area. If your caterer requests additional cooks, the Hotel can provide them “For Hire” at $200.00 each. If your caterer requests any food or beverage item, the hotel can provide them at additional cost. The caterer is responsible for dish-up, serving to wait staff & the cleanup of the assigned kitchen area upon completion of function. Upon review of the final menu and equipment list, Hotel will inform client and caterer of the necessary staff and equipment. If the equipment exceeds to what the Hotel has in its inventory a rental charge will apply to client. Hotel requires the caterer to provide proof of final payment received by the client with event guarantee 5 days prior to event. Caterer and client must provide indemnification agreement and copy of caterer’s proof of adequate insurance in-cluding workers compensation. Event PlanningAll arrangements of the events and caterer must be finalized 30 days prior to the event. Delivery of place cards, guest sign in book, favors, programs, menu cards etc must be received 3 days prior to the event. If the items are not on hand and delivered to the hotel in the time frame allowed, Hotel will not be responsible for the set-up and managing of such items. It will be Clients responsibility to assign help to set up the items.

Deposit & GuaranteesUpon confirmation, an initial non-refundable deposit of $1,500.00 is required to hold your space. Ninety days prior to your event, a 50% deposit of the minimum is required. Payment in full is due 4 business days prior to your wedding by a cashier’s check, certified check, credit card, or cash; personal checks are not accepted. Also, a final guarantee must be confirmed no later than 5 business days of your scheduled event. No allowance will be made if attendance is less than the number guaranteed. In the event that the guarantee is not communicated within 4 business days, you will be charged for the number of guests anticipated at the time of booking. If additional guests are in attendance, we will make every effort before the event to accommodate such guests based on the contracted price, but cannot guarantee such accommodations. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prevailing tax and service fees will be added.

Guest AccommodationsWe are pleased to offer your guests a special guest room rate for your wedding weekend. These reduced rates will vary based on room availability.
