Set goals in the following areas: •  Timeline

•  Well-organized campaigns can win FAST!

•  Signatures •  For large universities/organizations, 10% •  For small universities/organizations, 50%

•  Other •  Department pledges •  Bottled water sales

Make a plan for how you will achieve your goals!

Phase 3: Implement strategies & tactics

•  Carry out the plans you made during goal-setting

• Petition signatures • Education/visibility goals • All other tactics

Phase 3: Present results

•  Present the results of your organizing to the administrator/decision-maker with a proposal for your school/organization to go bottled water free
