I am writing to inform you that the Board of Ethics received a complaint against you. We have attached the complaint and pursuant to Rule 4.7 of the Board of Ethics Rules, you have thirty days within receipt of this notice to file a written response to Mr. Johnson’s complaint. If you are represented by counsel, please forward this letter to him or her and ask your attorney to send the Ethics Board a letter of representation. I apologize for the lateness of this notice, but as you know a new Ethics Board was recently established and could not act on complaints until an Ethics Officer was hired.
