In this key role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading the warehouse team in managing and keeping track of finished goods and raw packaging material held within the company’s stores.
Warehousing Manager (Full-time)Main responsibilities will include:• Managing the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure timely and cost effective distribution to our customers in partnership with the distribution team;• Optimising the warehouses’ storage capacity;• Managing the storekeepers;• Working with the Production and Purchasing Managers in relation to receipt of finished goods and packaging materials;• Maintaining and managing inventories accurately;• Safeguarding warehouse contents by establishing and maintaining security procedures;• Assuring that workplace health and safety requirements are met.
The successful applicant will have:• 3 years’ experience in a similar warehousing role (preferably within the FMCG sector);• Experience in managing people;• Excellent organisation and time management skills;• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working days for this job are from Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
