Line

A point moving in space. Maybe horizontal, vertical, zigzag, curvy, or diagonal.

Line:

Shape: 2-Dimensional, or flat,

having only height and width.

3-Dimensional form encloses volume, and includes height and

depth. Forms may be free-form, or non-

standard.

FORM:

Value: Light or darkness

of tones of colors. Lightest value would be white, darkest value would be

black.

SPACE: Creating 3-D imagery on 2-D

using linear perspective

Color: An element of art made up of hue, value, and intensity

Texture: element of art that illustrates how something feels when touched.
