Visitor Information...Welcome to the campus of Elizabeth City State University!

For your convenience we have preparedthis map to serve as a “quick reference”and guide to help you.

The Office of University Police isresponsible for enforcing all Universitypolicies and regulations, includingvehicle laws. As you visit our campus,

stop by University Police between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., where you will be issued a Visitor’s Pass. This pass will cover the period you expect to be on campus, and will also serve as authorization to park in visitor’s parking spaces.

Visitor passes are to be displayed on the rear view mirror.

Visitor parking is available near Moore Hall (#28), in the front of the G. R. Little Library (#12), and in the front of the Marion D. Thorpe Administration Building (#21).

Fire Department regulations and vehicular trafficflow strictly prohibit all parking in areas where “NO PARKING ANY TIME” signs appear. Any unauthorized or unattended vehicle found in these locations will be ticketed and/or towed.
