Client Logo

•  Upload your client’s logo - A jpeg, gif, png or bitmap file format - The logo must be at least 20KB to 80KB or you’ll receive an error message - If you don’t have the logo before the deployment you can add it later before generating the report

Step 2 – Cover Letters

•  Customize Your Cover Letter and Reminder Letter to this team

•  The template letters from your “My Profile” will automatically populate the Cover and Reminder letter fields so that you can easily customize them for each project.

•  If you don’t want a Reminder letter to be sent out, delete the text from the Reminder field

•  Reminder: do not to edit or replace the words inside the brackets unless you remove the brackets entirely.

•  If you translate your letters into another language and want to use the bracketed fields, do not translate them.
