I hereby make application for a badge for the above period pursuant to the provisions of Ordinances of the Borough of Belmar governing the beachfront and bathing beaches of the Borough of Belmar and agree to abide by all provisions, rules and regulations of said ordinances. I assume all risks of using the beachfront, water, and Boardwalk adjacent thereto and hereby absolve the Borough of Belmar of any responsibility for injury to person and property.

County Of Monmouth State Of New Jersey 18-2 BEACHFRONT REGULATIONS18-2.5 Fees and Charges.19-Disabled individuals, who meet the disability criteria for

disability benefits under Title I of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 401 et seq.) and who possess adequate proof of the same issued by the Social Security Administration, for entry any time during the dates when a fee is required, per person for a seasonal badge - $30.00

Examples of the ONLY Acceptable Proof We Are Allowed BY LAW to Accept:

Examples of adequate proof may include a Medicare Card like the examples below or a letter from the Social Security Administration detailing that the individual has a disability (see examples). These letters are often issued to the individual prior to receiving the cards. Borough of Belmar Staff MUST make a copy of the individual’s identification AND either one of the cards below OR the letter from the Social Security Administration prior to issuing the individual their Seasonal Beach Badge.

Each person is entitled to one discounted badge per season.

All replacement badges will be at the full cost.
