    4:00 pm Guest Arrival

    Guests arrive and will be welcomed to their appropriate residence by the Destination Concierge Team.

    Check in is at 4:00 p.m., however do not worry if you arrive early there is tons to do while you await check-in. The Concierge Team will certainly help you!

    Regarding parking, feel free to pull into the Solaris Valet area to unload and check in. There is one parkingspot per residence. For additional vehicles, we highly advise you to park your car at the Vail Village ParkingStructure which is adjacent to Solaris, and parking is FREE. It is a short walk to Solaris, but once you park,you probably wont need your car again Vail is a walking and public transportation town! Unless you have planned activities.

    When parking in the Vail Parking Structure, park at the west end of the structure (closest to the SolarisResidences). Exit the structure at the west end, walk north from East Meadow Drive to the South FrontageRd where you drove in. Turn left and walk towards the entrance of the Solaris residences. Then access thebuilding from the front doors. You will not be able to access through any other Solaris door until you haveyour keys.

    7:00 pm Welcome Cocktails Matsuhisa

    Take the elevator down to the third floor / lobby level of the Solaris Residences, and join Casey and Matt forsome welcome cocktails. Matsuhisa is known for its innovative fusion cuisine blending traditional Japanesedishes with South American (Peruvian and Argentine) ingredients. Matsuhisa offers a full bar menu,including wine, beer, cocktails and sake.

    In order to live it up at the wedding reception, the welcome reception is a no-host bar and guests will covertheir own drinks and appetizers.

    NOTE: During restaurant week, Matsuhisa is offering a Bento Box dinner special with Rock Shrimp, CreamySpicy Tuna Sashimi Salad, 4 pieces of Chefs Choice Sushi and Miso Soup, all for $20.14.

    Day Trip Glenwood Springs and Morning Hike*

    Located about an hour from Vail, Glenwood Springs is a family friendly destination with a remarkable mix ofgeological wonders including hot springs, vapor caves, two rivers and a canyon, surrounded by the gloriousRocky Mountains. Whether you are looking for hiking, biking, fishing, outdoor activities or relaxing spatime, you will find it in Glenwood Springs.

    8:30 am Meet Casey and Matt at the Inspirato Lounge (in Solaris Plaza) as they depart for a morning hike on the

    Hanging Lake trail in Glenwood Springs. Hanging Lake is one of the most popular hikes in Colorado and is amarvel of Mother Nature. The hike is about 2 hours (2.4 miles round trip) and is somewhat strenuous, withmany rest areas along the way.

    Not into hiking? Maybe try a more moderate hike Grizzly Creek. Or, skip the hiking altogether and headstraight to downtown Glenwood Springs, or spend the day at one of these great attractions:

    9:00 a.m. Colorado River Float

    Discover Colorados beauty with Casey and Matt as you travel by raft through scenic canyons, play inswimming holes and splash through waves. This river float is not a white-water rafting trip but rather arelaxing and scenic river float, appropriate for all ages. Meet at the Inspirato Lounge at 9:00 a.m., and thecomplimentary shuttle will pick everyone up for the short ride to the river. Make sure to bring a jacket,sweatshirt or long shirt/pants you may get splashed. If the weather is nice, bring shorts!
