2. Instructions are given below the latest news in the left side. For the enlistment of contractors, please read them carefully, then proceed towards the sign- up.

4. Scroll down, if viewing it from Mobile Phone Step 1: Fill your PERSONAL Profile Info

Click on Save & Next Your user name/password will be sent to your email/mobile Continue... to fill next step-down

Step 2- Submit your ID & Address documents Step 3- Submit your Business Documents (except individual)

After click on Save/Submit button. Your Profile will be completed. Now You are ready to do Mandi affairs.

5. After Sign-up, user will get username/password on their registered mobile number and

email-id. 6. In the login, you can submit your request after clicking on the left panel menu option

for applying the application of enlistment as contractor.

7. Fill out following details in the basic information-

Financials for Empanelments of firm as contactor Enlistment Category Is any Individual/Sole Proprietor/Director/Partner of firm NDC Certificate Details Applicant already Enlisted with any other Department Declaration

8. Upload the Documents details are as follows and click on Save & Next.

Proof of Constitution

Solvency certificate from scheduled bank in the Performa given in

Annexure-A.

9. In the last step, fill the fee details and click on Save & Finish.

1. Kindly scan your photo and upload. 2. All (*) Marked fields are Mandatory to be filled. 3. Fill correct Mobile Number and Email address. The user name/ password will be

sent on this registered email /mobile number. 4. Size Limit is 2 MB. 5. Click on Save & Next.

Continue... to fill next step-down After clicking on save, you will receive username and password on your registered mobile

number and email id.

2. Identification document and Address document should be different.

3. Size Limit is 2 MB.

4. Click on Upload button and browse the file to be uploaded.

5. Click on Save & Next.

2. Enter your Firm Name, GST Number.

3. Size Limit is 2 MB.

4. Mark a tick if your Business address is same as sole proprietor address.

5. Upload front photograph of office property.

6. Enter Mandi Property Code if is available.

7. Click on Submit for final confirmation of your profile and back for editing.

Next step- User will enter their username / password which they have received on their

registered mobile number and email id.
