1. Introduction This guide is a walkthrough of the process to submit your biographical data as well as answer some survey questions.
• You must use your TUT4Life account to log in.
• This system will only work for currently registered TUT students.
• The system can be accessed via any internet browser on mobile and other devices.
• This system can be accessed via https://tut4life.tut.ac.za/
2. User guide 2.1. High Level Steps:
The basic process for this system is: 1. With any internet browser, navigate to https://tut4life.tut.ac.za/ 2. Click on the “Complete the Survey” link. 3. If needed, log in to the system 4. Follow the instructions on each page as directed until the end.

2.2.3. Authentication Please Note: Authentication methods vary from operating system to operating system and browser to browser. You will be required to enter you TUT4Life userId and password. In all cases, use your TUT4Life userId and password to log in to the system. Here are some examples: Mozilla Firefox:

2.2.5. Residential Address Your residential address information will be retrieved from the TUT database. Here you have the opportunity to correct it. Note: The suburb, District, Country and Postal Code was left intentionally blank so that you can complete it. Click on The “Search Suburb” button to find you suburb information Click on “Continue if the suburb detail has been completed.
Search Suburb: To find your suburb, enter the NAME of the suburb NOT the code. Make sure your spelling is correct. NOTE: If your suburb is not found, use the suburb nearest to where you reside.

2.2.6. Postal Address Your postal address information will be retrieved from the TUT database. Here you have the opportunity to correct it. You have the opportunity to select the “Postal Address is the same as Residential Address” checkbox. This will automatically populate the fields with the The postal address works the same as the residential address. Note: The suburb, District, Country and Postal Code was left intentionally blank so that you can complete it. Click on The “Search Suburb” button to find you suburb information Click on “Continue” if the suburb detail has been completed.
