ON-SITE CONSULTATION

We offer a free, no-obligation site inspection and consultation to better understand your window safety requirements, explain your lock options and how to become compliant. Afterwards, a tailored Site Compliance report and proposal is provided for your Strata Community.

TAILORED INSTALLATION

On acceptance of our proposal, a dedicated Project Manager works with you on your installation plan. Our Senior Technical staff manage your lock installations on site, including window pressure tests.

COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION

On completion, a detailed Installation Summary report will be provided for your strata records and we retain a copy as back-up. Once the building is compliant, a Certificate of Compliance is issued along with independent test reports on the devices. Apartment certificates are available on request.

ANNUAL REINSPECTION

To ensure your property remains compliant, we recommend annual reinspections for locks and windows. A report will be provided identifying areas that require attention, and once recommended works have been completed, an updated Compliance Certificate is issued.
