What’s Happening in 5/4C

This term 5/4C have completed a Personal Development Unit on Success. We have had three guest speakers - Jamo Borthwick from Walkin On Water Surf School, Hannah Robinson to speak about her Representative Netball team and Senior Constable Nathan Verinder from the NSW Police Force to talk about their successes.

It was very interesting to hear their advice and replies to our questions. We learnt that working towards a goal takes time and you can always ask for help. We also learnt that if you have a goal that is important to you, you should never give up on it. We felt positive after hearing that these mentors have made mistakes but also learned from them to achieve an excellent result.
