In order for you to remain an active Consultant, you must sell a minimum of $300 in commissionable sales each calendar quarter. Should you fall short of the minimum requirement of $300 in commissionable sales per calendar quarter, you will become a Former Consultant. Base Commissions. When you make a sale, you earn a base commission of 22%. You collect this commission at the time of the sale, and then remit the remainder of the product cost to Close To My Heart. Override Commissions. The more you sell in a month, the higher your override commission will be for that month, until the maximum percentage is reached. (See chart under Personal Sales.) CTMH Cash Commissions. You have the opportunity to be compensated with CTMH Cash for your sales. For a full list of items that can be redeemed with CTMH Cash, refer to the CTMH Cash FAQ. This credit will be available for you to redeem on the 15th following the month you earn it in 3. Leadership Levels Leadership levels are awarded based on the number of Consultants you add to your Team. Downline for your personal title does include rollups. New Consultants When a new Consultant enrolls, they have all of the benefits of being a Consultant. However, they will not count toward their Upline’s title until the new Consultant reaches $150 in personal sales (the minimum sales level on a Gathering order to earn Hostess Rewards). These sales must be from legitimate personal or customer orders and not from the Upline. This amount does not need to be submitted in a single order. These new Consultants do not count toward team size, incentives, recognition, or awards until the requisite personal sales volume is reached, but the Upline does receive override commissions from their sales. Title MaintenanceIf at any time a Close To My Heart Consultant does not qualify for a title they currently hold because of a decrease in Downline members or in the required Downline leadership, the Consultant will have a three-month grace period to resolve any issues before losing the title. During this period, the Consultant will retain all the benefits of the current title.

Once the Presidential Director title has been reached, the title will remain as Presidential Director. However, payout for DownlineOverride Commissions will still be based on the performance of the team and not based on title.

4. Team SalesSenior Directors and above have a minimum Team Sales requirement for downline commission purposes. While the structure of the Team governs the title of the leader, the sales performance of the Team for Senior Directors and above governs the payout to the leader on their Downline Override Commissions. A leader may hold a certain title but be paid at a lower title level based on Team sales. If a Senior Director and above does not reach the minimum requirement, then they will be paid at the lowest title they would qualify for. As an example, let’s say a Senior Executive Director’s team only has $25,000 in sales. In that case, their paid title would be Senior Director. If their team had $10,000 in sales they would be paid as a Director.

Downline Override Commissions. As you maintain a Downline and achieve higher leadership levels, you can receive increasing override commission on Downline sales (see chart below).

A leader must maintain a minimum sales level to receive their Downline Override Commissions and Bonus Personal Sales Overrides. For those at the Senior Director title or higher, the monthly personal sales requirement is waived when they achieve the equivale nt in quarterly sales prior to the end of the quarter. This allows leaders to better plan between personal selling and team support activities.

For example, if a Senior Director or higher placed $3,000 in personal sales in January, they would have earned their full Bonus Personal Sales Override commission and their Downline Override commission up to their 3rd and 4th level (where applicable) for January. The $1,000 per month requirement would then be waived for February and March, meaning they would still earn their full Downline Override commissions as well as the Bonus Personal Sales Override commission for those months.

TO RECEIVE DOWNLINE COMMISSIONS PERSONAL SALES REQUIRED (MONTHLY)

1st Downline $500 (Sr. Directors or higher: Waived for subsequent months of the quarter as soon as $1,500 in personal sales are submitted for the quarter to date)

2nd Downline$750 (Sr. Directors or higher: Waived for subsequent months of the quarter as soon as $2,250 in personal sales are submitted for the quarter to date)

3rd & 4th Downline (where applicable) and Bonus Personal Sales Overrides

$1,000 (Sr. Directors or higher: Waived for subsequent months of the quarter as soon as$3,000 in personal sales are submitted for the quarter to date)

Bonus Override Commissions. As you achieve higher leadership levels, you will receive additional commissions. Senior Directors and above will be paid an additional bonus override commission on their personal sales when they reach at least $1,000 in personal sales in a month. This requirement is waived for subsequent months of the quarter as soon as $3,000 in personal sales are submitted for the quarter to date.

The Leadership Promotion Bonus ProgramThe Leadership Promotion Bonus program rewards Consultants for achieving leadership titles for the first time. A Consultant who reaches a new title of Senior Supervisor or higher for the first time will earn a one-time bonus per title of either CTMH Cash or cash. All Consultants are eligible for the first-time promotion bonus when they achieve a title they have never previously held.

PROMOTION BONUSES WILL BE AWARDED AS FOLLOWS*:

A Consultant receives a Leadership Promotion Bonus for a title they have held previously as long as it has been 24 months since the last time they held that title (or a higher title). For example, if you were a Director in March 2014, and then in April 2015 you dropped to Senior Executive Manager, you would be eligible for the Promotion bonus if you become a Director in April 2017 or later. All Consultants are eligible for a one-time promotion bonus per title that they have previously held.
