When a conflict arises, change is the result.

Culture is someone's beliefs, customs and traditions.

Governance refers to when a society grows larger, the government grows larger.

Time measures how things have either changed or stayed the same.Change refers to something that is different from what occured previously.Continuity refers to things that stay the same, relatively unchanged over time.
