Restaurant Nutrition iPhone App This is a robust application that puts the nutritional value for menu items at over 225 restaurants and counting at the fingertips of the user. The application not only lists all nutritional values for the top eateries in the US and Canada, it also serves as a food journal allowing users to keep track of what they eat while they are out and about. Additional features include a map function that shows users the closest location for a restaurant as well as a detailed search mechanism where users can search not only by food names, but narrow down their query to according to nutritional guidelines like calorie, sodium or protein requirements.

The user can favorite restaurants they want to keep at the top of their list or hide those locations that do not interest them. For those users with food sensitivities, the app provides food allergens as reported by the locations. Recent updates add Gluten Free indicators to help diners find eateries with Gluten Free offerings easily.

While the app breaks all nutrition down to daily percentages based on a 2000 calorie diet by default, users can further customize these equations by entering their daily calorie goal, which will adjust the daily values to be relevant to their personal limits.

On the back end, the Restaurant Nutrition app offers updates of nutritional data without having to go through iTunes or publish new versions of the application.

On Size iPhone AppOnSize is a clever solution to an age old problem – what size does Joey wear again? This app is the answer to every shopper’s dilemma of trying to call and get clothing sizes when shopping for others. The app allows users to create unlimited profiles for friends, family even themselves and document clothing and shoe sizes.

The app is fully equipped to house the measurements for standard clothing as well as dress garments. You can custom items for sports or formal attire, and the app can also convert US to International sizes and vice versa.

You can take pictures of clothing items you like and add them to a specific profile’s wardrobe to help you remember what you’ve purchased and what you’re considering purchasing for that person.

Weight Tracker iPhone AppThe Weight Tracker app does just that – it tracks weight. But it doesn’t stop there! It calculates a person’s body fat % based on their measurements and helps them find a truly healthy weight goal. Users enjoy the ability to enter their weight daily and track their progress via the in app graph or the monthly trackers.

Shake n Make iPhone AppThis application is not your average recipe app! It helps you answer one of the age old questions posed millions of times a day all around the world. What’s for Dinner? The app not only serves as a recipe repository and exchange, it helps you build menus quickly and easily all while saving relationships around the globe.

Users can choose what meal they want to create; breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack etc., and how many courses they want for each; main, side, vegetable, bread, dessert and so on. They can set nutritional goals for the meal and even exclude recipes based on criteria such as ingredients, allergens, cuisine and more. They can even filter foods by cooking time requirements.
