Aqua Burn Low impact, cardio/toning interval class using plenty of fun pool tools! FREE

Barbell BlastTone and strengthen while increasing the heart rate using barbells in this energy packed, body pump inspired class. Movements targeting the legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms and abs are choreographed to popular music. FREE

Black Bear Beast Flip tires and swing sledgehammers to build strength and coordination beyond fitness. Exercises borrowed from the strongman tradition will test your stamina and increase your confidence. FREE

Butts & Guts A fool proof way to shape and tone the lower body. Class uses a variety of fitness equipment to target the core & legs. This class is low impact. FREE

Cardio KickboxingThis action-packed workout combines classic boxing punches with cardio bursts, You get a challenging cardiovascular and full body workout as you kick, punch, and uppercut your way to a fitter you! FREE

Cycle XThis class will simulate riding over various types of terrain; hills, flats, intervals and more. A great class for beginner or advanced cyclists. Participants may call (581-1082, press 1) or stop by the front desk up to 1 hour before class to reserve a bike and pass.

Fitness Yoga This class focuses on strength and stability poses using alignment principles, along with breathing & relaxation to keep your body limber and mind clear.
