Industrial Connectivity: Offer all types of Cables such as Control, Power, Signals, field bus, Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet CAT5, Fiber Optic & Instrumentation cable. Industrial Communication : FO Media converter, Ethernet Switches, Serial (Modbus RTU) to any Field bus gateways, Any field bus to field bus gateways, All types of Profibus products, FO Cables, FO Patch cable, LIU & Wireless products. Interfacing Products: Control Relays, Switch mode Power Supplies, Signal conditioners & Isolators for Analog/Digital signal.

2. Value Addition – State of art ISO certified Electronics products manufacturing facility at Pune. Manufacturing of all types of Relay Modules, Field Interface modules & Prefabricated Cable harness for all PLC/DCS input & output cards (DI, DO, AI, AO, RTD & TC) Multichannel Analog Isolation module, DI & DO Autotest with option of Redundancy, Panel accessories modules such as Utility Module, Diode Oring, Fan Failure detection module. All modules are din rail mountable mainly used Inside the system, marshalling Cabinet & Power distribution Cabinets.

Automation Products: Micro PLC- ML50

CPU: CPU Speed : 160ns / step which has the Max. Program capacity: 10 KSteps built in RS232C/ RS485 communication ports. High speed counter, 2 - Axis position control, PID Control, IO: Max I/O Capacity 480 with 7 expansion modules.

PLC -ML200 & ML200R (Non-redundant & Redundant)

CPU: Powerful and versatile 32bit processor with high speed execution time of 42nanosec/step, 10MB program memory,2MB data memory,16MB built-in flash memory, Program scan time is 10~15 ms for 400 Kbytes of program size which is approx. for 2500 I/O system, I/O handling capacity is more than 20,000 with 256 PID loop. IO: Digital Input /Output Modules are available in (8/16/32/64 Channel) with (24 VDC, 110 VAC, 220 VAC) as Photo coupler isolation with thermal fuse protection, Analog Input /Output Modules are available in (4/8/16 Channel to Channel isolation) with 14bit resolution which are Galvanically isolated, HART enabled Analog cards are available from 4 Channel, For remote IO communication, modules with inbuilt Fiber Optic port in card level is available. SOE: 32channel SOE module time stamping is less than 1ms and store 300 events at card level. Communication: The complete system runs on Ethernet with Ring topology, the communication between CPU & IO is on Ethernet 100 Mbps which is the proprietary protocol of Honeywell. Software: Experion-HS

CPU: Compact CPUs with 32bit power PC processor,16MB Flash Memory, single rack design, Maximum IO handling capacity is 1920 IO’s, Online replacement and trouble shooting is possible IO: Digital Input /Output Modules are available in (8/16/32 Channel) Analog Input /Output Modules are available in (4/8/16 with Channel to channel isolation) with 15bit resolution also facilitate 8 ch universal analog inputs cards Communication: you can have up to five remote I/O racks via a dedicated Ethernet 100 Mbps which is the proprietary protocol of Honeywell Software: Experion-HS

PlantCruise by Experion is an extension of Honeywell’s award winning Experion Process Knowledge System built to efficiently meet the plant automation needs of small & mid-sized applications. A flexible system capable of monitoring and controlling plant size ranging from 1000 to 133,000 points. C300 Controller is enabled with PowerPC 8270 32bit processor with Operating Temperature 0 to 60 °C IO Modules are available in (16/32 with Channel to channel isolation),Self diagnostics, Galvanic & Optical isolation, HART enabled Analog cards are available, SOE 1ms time stamping Communication Patented Fault Tolerant Ethernet based network provides communication link between the C300 controllers and the supervisory level as well as between controllers and I/O Software: Plant Cruise
