Our structured two-year scheme offers a solid foundation in logistics and builds your core skills for the future. Four rotations across the business will introduce you to several different disciplines and leave you multi-skilled with the opportunity to take your career wherever you want to go within our organisation.

The four rotations are split as follows:

Six months in Contract Logistics This will be a hands-on, operational role working with some of our biggest customers on projects such as inventory management, asset management, lean processes or distribution. Think big warehouses!

Six months in Freight Forwarding This is also an operational placement involving the management of international transportation of goods, whether by air, sea or road.

Six months in a customer-orientated function (two optional modules)You will work in operational departments such as Lead Logistics, Customer Solutions and Customer Transition and Implementation.

Six months in a Head Of� ce function (two optional modules)You have the option of selecting Head Of� ce placements within Sales & Marketing, Finance, IT or HR.

The different rotations will provide you with operational exposure, customer exposure, commercial exposure and people management experience, equipping you with the skills you need to become a future manager in Kuehne + Nagel. You will not be alone. Every element of the scheme is fully supported by our in-house training programmes and you will be assigned a mentor for the duration of the scheme who will help coach and develop you. A continuous evaluation and appraisal process also ensures you have the opportunity to give us your feedback on your progress.
