Flexible Spending Account

Two Types of Accounts Medical Reimbursement Account Dependent Care Account

Employees allocate money to be set aside on a “Pre-tax” basis for use of qualified medical expenses or qualified dependent care expenses

Enrollment once a year during company open enrollment period (November/December)

Plan year extends from January to December
