ZTE NetNumen™ U31(Wireline) Unified Element Management System (UEMS) is developed
based upon Java platforms using the leading-edge network management framework. With
abundant northbound interfaces, it can be integrated to network management systems provided
by 3rd
-party vendors like IBM and HP conveniently. It is a customer-friendly, carrier-class andcross-platform integrated network management system. U31(Wireline) has complete intellectual
property rights, many patented technologies, and a full range of network management functions.

server can take over the tasks immediately and continue the services. In-band and out-band
management channels are supported and they can serve in active/standby mode to enable
non-stop management channel.
