Two Hoots is a beautiful stone built detached family home which was converted from its previous agricultural use approximately 20 years ago. The property enjoys a lovely location, set back from the Military Road and close by to local villages in Wylam, Heddon and Horsley. The house enjoys a rural aspect and is surrounded by stone and fence boundary walls. It has electric gates leading into the courtyard and garden and has lovely long gardens to the front and rear. The exterior of the property is protected with halogen security lights and has attractive stone work under a slate roof. The courtyard at the rear is accessed through an archway, which leads to a further family lawned garden with raised up flower beds. The house has a double garage and a separate single garage which is ideal as a workshop. The outbuildings have been converted to provide a gymnasium, two offices and a utility room.
