Wellness Tip
Chest up tall! When you stand tall during exercise, you activate the muscle that flattens
your belly. To do this, pretend you are getting your picture taken. If you are like most
people, you automatically stand with your chest up tall. Be sure not to hold your breath.
Doing that simple little move can make every exercise a belly flattener.

LEAVING A LEGACY: WHAT IS THE LIVING LEGACY CLUB?
The Living Legacy Club was created to recognize and honor exceptionally committed individuals
who have provided critical, long-term support through their estate plans and understand the
importance of ensuring that Life Enriching Communities Foundation continue its efforts to impact
Twin Towers and Twin Lakes Senior Living Communities through engaging others to generate
needed resources. Philanthropy through estate planning is essential to advance and enhance the
continuity of LEC communities and to sustain the organization’s ministry well into the future.
YOUR LEGACY’S CAN IMPACT LEC’S:
Benevolent Fund: The cornerstone of our ministry, this fund ensures the residents of Twin
Towers that have outlived their personal financial resources or experienced a catastrophic event
continue to live at home, receiving the highest quality care and community.
Pastoral Fund: The heart of our ministry, this fund preserves, protects and perpetuates our
spiritual foundation by supporting services, such as chaplaincy needs, life transition and
bereavement counseling, along with worship services and study programs.
Greatest Need: This fund ensures the Twin Towers community receives the highest quality of
support and resources by supporting the greatest needs, such as supplement for unfunded
Benevolent and Pastoral Care and tuition reimbursement for our associates.
WAYS TO LEAVE A LEGACY:
Bequests by will or living trust
Charitable gift annuities
Charitable remainder trusts
Gifts of life insurance
Gifts of real estate, stocks or other assets
Gift from your entrance fee refund For more information about any of these planned giving options, contact Matt Hilderbran
