Brief

In May 1991 Tung-Jetek was established during the high peak of the semiconductor

year to provide semiconductor material, New and Reuse IC trays such as : QFN, BGA,

TSOP, PGA, PLCC and etc. to the companies in Taiwan who are listed in the Taiwan's

share market.

For the past 23 years, our import & export business has across Taiwan and east Asia.

Our major customer are company with IC Design House, IC Testing House and

SMT who were also listed in the Taiwan's share market



Introduction

Having been running the IC materials business since 1991, Tung-Jetek has built up

its goodwill with our best relationships with all those local major IC assembly houses

in the business of lead frames & IC packing materials.

Welcoming to the new century, Tung-Jetek keeps pace with the growth of IC

assembly technology by introducing more advanced IC assembly materials to our

invaluable customers.

Flexible substrate & auxiliary PCB for special IC packages are newly brought into

the Taiwan assembly market.

What’s more, since Y2K, Tung-Jetek has attempted to step across the boundary to

the field of automation equipments.
