TRIP TO MANSFIELDWEDNESDAY, 22- APRIL

We get up at seven o’clock and we have a breakfast.

We went to the Chatsworth House. It’s home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, and has been passed down through 16 generations of the Cavendish family.

The house architecture and collection have been evolving for five centuries.

The house contains a unique collection of paintings, furniture, Old Master drawings, sculptures , books and other artifacts .

We had a picnic at Chatsworth’s gardens.

Shopping!!

In the afternoon, we went to dinner.

Our English friends gave us some presents: chocolates, photos and ribbons to remember them.
