Black Diamond® and White Diamond® Stainless Steel Valves:AAll one piece forgings - no danger of separating at a weld point. Each design is created specically for its application by KPMI engineers. They use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to identify and fortify high stress areas, creating strong, light valves.

C630 Racing Bronze Guides:TTough and wear resistant with excellent thermal qualities. This bronze alloy allows for tighter clearances than other ma-terials, creating better valve and seat sealing, as well as supe-rior oil control. Shortened top for high lift and a proled nose for maximum airow, these guides thrive in the tough oper-ating conditions of your engine

Valve Seats:PPowdered Metal Seats have exceptional thermal qualities, wear resistance, and resistance to micro-welding. This mate-rial resists corrosion and burning and is compatible with all types of fuel blends. The nickel aluminum bronze seats were a product of a two year KPMI R&D effort. This proprietary bronze alloy is designed for use with titanium valves in high performance applications.

CUSTOM Valve Applications:Custom sizes from +1mm or larger to custom materials, stainless to titanium; we can develop and deliver on any custom performance applica-tions.

Spring Kits: Kits include dual springKits include dual springs, ultra light tita-nium retainers, hardened steel bases and valve stem seals where required. Kibble-white springs are wound from premium grade, super clean, chrome silicon wire. KPMI kits supply greater force and allow for more lift than stock kits

Stress Analysis Stress evaluation of the spring throughout its travel is critical for designing a spring that won’t fail or fatigue prematurely. We follow strict design parameters to keep our springs within specic stress ranges in each appli-cation.



Valve Train Simulation: OOnce a KPMI design has been modeled and rened, the entire system is simulated using valve train simulation software. This allows KPMI engineers to “tune” each system to ensure that it will work harmoniously in the engine.


BRAKES/CARBURETORSTRINITYRACING

The New Billetanium hydraulic clutch is made up of a billet aluminum slave cylinder, hard anodized piston, stainless steel hardware, ASV unbreakable lever, and billet master cylinder clamp. The Billetanium hydraulic clutch offers better control and eliminates arm pump by reducing 30% of your clutch pull. Our hydraulic clutch is self adjusting which means no more "Adjust on the Fly!"

Streamline Blade Brake Rotors are CAD/CAM designed, Laser Cut from 420 High Carbon stainless steel, heat treated, and Diamond surface ground for exceptional flatness, durability, and ultimate braking power while our spe-cially designed cooling slots dissipate heat and keep dirt away from the pads.

Streamline Brake Line Clamps are the best way to secure the routing of your brake lines. Available in blue, black, red and brushed

Streamline stainless braided lines are made using PTFE Teflon smooth bore liner with an extra tight stainless steel over braid reducing line expansion to almost zero. All brake lines are coated with a UV protected PVC clear-coat that protects chrome, paint, fenders, and body work from damage.

Streamline’s “Platinum Series" Throttle Kits and Cables are made from Teflon lined stainless steel braided hose with a stainless steel inner cable. All cables have a UV protected PVC clear cover to protect fenders, paint, powder coat, and chrome from damage.
