People who are employed at Stockholm Arlanda Airport and commute to and from their place of work with Arlanda Express. You must be able to verify your proof of employment status at the airport with a valid personal badge issued by Swedavia. No other company ID or employer’s letter is accepted when purchasing a staff travelcard. You must present your Swedavia badge when purchasing a travelcard, and every time you travel. Staff travelcards may only be used for travel to and from work. There are two types of staff travelcards: 30-day staff travelcard, for personal use only. 20-trip staff travelcard, which is not personal. Staff travelcards are valid for five years from the date of purchase. The “30-day staff travelcard” is valid for 30 days following activation. Where can I top up my staff travelcard? Purchase and top up your staff travelcard at the Arlanda Express ticket office at Stockholm Central Station. Both the 30-day and 20-trip cards can be bought in advance. They will not be activated until you use them on board the train. You can also purchase and top up your card on the train for an extra charge, which is currently SEK 100. What applies for delays/service cancellations? Arlanda Express does not reimburse alternative transport expenses, additional expenses/costs or loss of income due to delays or cancella- tions. Alternative transport by taxi for service cancellations and Arlanda Express new ticket guarantee, which is offered to travellers with ordinary tickets, does not apply to staff travelcard holders. Vem får köpa/resa med ett personalkort?Den som har en anställning på Stockholm Arlanda Airport och pendlar till och från arbetet med Arlanda Express. Anställning på fl ygplatsen skall styrkas med en giltig och personlig badge utfärdad av Swedavia. Inga andra företags-ID eller intyg gäller för köp av personalkort. Swedavia-badge skall uppvisas vid köp och varje gång du reser. Personalkorten gäller enbart för resor till och från arbetet.

Det finns två typer av personalkort:• Personalkort 30 dagar, som är personligt.• Personalkort 20 enkelresor, som är opersonligt.

Personalkorten gäller i 5 år från köp, varav Personalkort 30 dagargäller i 30 dagar efter aktivering.

Var laddar jag mitt personalkort?Köp och ladda ditt personalkort i Arlanda Express biljettkassa på Stockholms Central. Både 30-dagarskort och 20-resorskort kan förköpas, de aktiveras först vid användning ombord på tåget. Det går också att köpa och ladda det ombord mot en extra ombordavgift, för närvarande 100 kr.

Vad gäller vid försening/inställd trafik?Arlanda Express ersätter inte för annan transport, extra utlägg/mer-kostnader eller förlorad arbetsinkomst som orsakas av förseningar och inställd trafi k. Ersättningstrafi k med taxi som erbjuds resenärer med ordinarie biljetter vid inställd trafi k samt Arlanda Express restidsgaranti gäller ej för resande med personalkort.

Ersättningsanspråk hänvisas direkt till Swedavia via e-post till: [email protected].

Vad gäller vid återbetalning?Påbörjade personalkort är inte återbetalningsbara. Personalkort som inte är påbörjade är återbetalningsbara mot uppvisande av kvitto i Arlanda Express biljettkassa på Stockholms Central.

Vad gäller vid borttappade/stulna personalkort?Kontakta oss via e-post till: [email protected] och ange “Resekort” i ämnesraden så hjälper vi dig att spärra ditt kort och ställer ut ett nytt personalkort med likvärdigt värde, förutsatt att du har ditt personalkorts-nummer. Du kan även registrera ditt personalkort på vår hemsida och själv spärra ditt kort.
