We start with a project kick-off meeting among all the key stakeholders; here we make sure that adequate resources are allocated to get the knowledge acquisition rolling. The assigned owner will use the networking, documentation & system experts to identify process details, benchmarks and call flows. We'll then have an opportunity to evaluate details like Reporting and SLAs, SOPs.
The respective stakeholders/functional managers execute the various plans developed and signed-off on in the initial stages of the project. Next, we deploy the technology infrastructure with a special provision for BCP. Our experts will then perform availability testing on the infrastructure, and perform various back-ups.Note:- Hiring Plan and Training for the allocated resources will kick off from this stage
We now evaluate the parameters of the call center transition plan. If all the parameters are met, a gradual Go -Live will begin. All the transactions will be performed from the business facility. After the implementation takes place, the performance will be monitored closely for initial 30 days to flag any thing which was not identified during the planning. Note:- Team will send detailed report to stakeholders weekly
