    Based on Table 9, in the study conducted found congestion degree isclassified as congested as more than 0.7 degrees congestion iscrowded if it is measured in unit pcu/hour. Based on the diagram, it isalso found the highest degree of congestion is in the morning at 8amand 9am. This situation may occur because people flocked to the officewhile in the evening where people go home from the office recordedthe highest degree of congestion at 6 to 7 pm.
