Touch screen pulse control power introduction

This power supply consist upper computer touch screen and lower computer pulse

power supply panel of two parts,the parameters of the pulse control power stored in

memory in touch screen,total of 100 set of discharge parameters.Lower position

machine uses 32-bit ARM series CPU quickly implement pulse power control,current

control precision can reach 0.1 A, the power more stable. Touch screen page has 11pages, 1st and 2nd page are mainly used to display manufacturer information, 2nd

page stay 10s after , enter the monitor page automatically, if want to immediately

enter the monitor in the second boot page , you can stay on page 2, press the touch

screen anywhere, can enter the page of monitoring. Monitoring, parameter, light and

other pages can press the corresponding button, switch to each other.

1:The whole interface top left is current time ,middle is the name the interface,

right is current date,middle left is information of machine work,include the alarm

message .

Alarm message prompt include not open machine ,use time limit, the firefailure,

charging test fault,no hydraulic pressure, over current, Overheating, over-voltage,

generatrix charging test, firesignal test,Conduction time is more than the cycle

time,close the machine,LEM1 the signal wire break,LEM2 the signal wire

break,power too big, work normally.

2: Middle right is the communication information,the below is the xenon lamp

choice,have Single lamp 1,Single lamp 2 and Double lamp

3:Left bottom show each parameter ,if need change the parameter you can enter the

page of change parameter page,right is the name of each interface,

press can start power high pressure make power work normally

if press show the below window

Press OK can close the power high pressure,wait 1 minute then can close the main

power, cannt press OK then close the power immediately,press the cancel can cancel

the window.

Mainly used to edit various parameters of the discharge parameters number,

setup program also established a correspondent name,can determine a product need

parameters more convenient and fast, A program number corresponds to a set of

parameters, you want to increase the segments number of discharge ,first set up the

the segments of discharge,then show the corresponding discharge parameters input

box. After change the current parameter,need to press save parameter to save the

current the current parameters.

The current discharge parameters are saved to the memory button

This one can adjust the motor torque, Generally used for the optical path of the beam

expander automatic adjustment, Its minimum is 0.1, the maximum can be adjusted to

3.0, at the motor set,the numerator and denominator of the electronic gear ratio is

directly related to the motor in the above beam adjustment box ,the size of the rotation

distance adjust 0.1.

The larger the ratio adjusting 0.1 every time ,the motor shaft the greater

distance.Users can setting up the ideal molecular denominator parameters according

to themself needed.

In this page you can look at updated version of touch screen and the control panel,can

be used interchange both English and Chinese, and the single Point Compensation,the

test of signal input and output,the button of set,

There are :foot switch,over current,overheating,water press signal test,when there is

no signal input red light will not change,the red light will be red, green, alternate flash

when have signal ,Here we can detect the external input signal whether have foot

switch , overheating, the water pressure. over current, parameters of we use now, 1, 2,

3, 4, can be ignored if dont use.

On this page you can see the entire sequence of operation of the machine,and the good

and bad of the control panel,Run led signal light will display whether normal

communication between panel and touch screen,Light spot direction : Light spot

motor drive signal quality,if display green light when input and charge denote the

machine high pressure have started and signal have be sent out, Fire 1.2.3.4 We only

use the two-way at double lamp the Fire1 and fire2 will have a signal output, If it is

single light just the fire1 have the signal output,gas valve and Shutter,We can see

whether the signal output until depress the foot switch. Buzzer:it will Chirping and

red light flicker when the machine break down

This provide clients with a single lamp repair function, now widespread in front of a

few relatively strong power, in the case of low frequency can be improved, if the front

of points is strong , you can adjust small the percent of the front points,if certain point

need stronger you can adjust the percent big.

Total pointsis the number of points of need to marking a products, at the frequency

lower case ,

Single point total multiples: if 14 points are not enough, you can use this

function,such as 2 times is 28 points, can be adjusted

Product time interval:the time interval after you finished the first products to mark

the second product.

This page include 3 parts

1: Reset times : press this button can make the times of monitor page change to zero.

The machine begin recounts at next work start

2: Set the gas valve delay ,press the foot switch the gas valve open immediately, after

delay gas valve delaycorresponding time,the laser will output.After loose the foot

switch, laser stop to output , after the delay set time , gas valve close.

3: single lamp 1. single lamp 2

Double lamp change-over button, if the single lamp power cannt be changed ,just can

use the single lamp 1.

In other pages blank key long press 3 seconds, a dialog box will appear

In this page customers can change the parameter of the current, frequency, pulse

width to make the machine reasonable use.

The installment plan

You can set three stages password on this page, you can set a password at every

stages,you should notice the data setup , the time of last stage must smaller than the

later stage,

manufacture set password: can set the manufacture input password,The default

password is 0

Supper password :It is a universal password, you use this password when forget other

password.

Prompt day number:This is the first phase of the password from time to set the

number of days If the password does not be relieved , every day have the prompt:

If the time has finished ,not unlock password, program will automatically stop

working ,just input the password for this issue will be released can be used normally.

Finish these set ,choose the Period of use passwordthen press the OK,the set is

successful

Control panel connector

1:Shutter directly from the on-board terminal A1 1,2 feet drawn two lines to the

Shutter is ok, no external power supply.

2: Drive motor can lead to 5V pulse and direction from the A2 directly to the driver is

OK, drive only connect 24V power supply ok, dont worry COM. 5V is cited from the

board to the drive

A1 is the power input end of Motherboard, A2 is the data lines of connecting to touch

screenA3 connect the Shutter,just connect 12V and GATE ok. A4 connect the drive

motor, 5V PLUSDIR is ok, Adjustable light spot motor torque , A5A6 connect

drive signal, A7, A8 connect sensor signal.if is the single lamp power drive signal just

connect A5 , Sensor signal only connect A7.
