Introducing product BETA stage:
In our quest to communicate more effectively with clients and to ensure that clients are kept abreast of new features and modules due for release in the short term, we recently began introducing the concept of BETA versions of the PSIber application. This is to ensure that all our clients are aware of what’s going to be available in the next release and also to offer those clients who will be using the new features an opportunity to provide us with some final input and comments before we issue the official release.
What is BETA?
Whilst extensive testing has been done on all new modules and features released into the “PSIbersphere”, these tests have mostly been done internally, by our seasoned testers and not by our users, users who tend to discover issues that we may miss.
The BETA phase, where PSIber will make available all new modules to you as a user to experience the functionality in a live, day to day scenario. This will give us the ability to ensure that all our new modules are WORLD CLASS and FULLY aligned with Employee Life Cycles, Best Practice Methodologies, Legislative demands and usability. These modules will generally resemble the look, feel and functionality of the final product, however, these are subject to change in design, which may be influenced by the feedback that we receive from our clients.
All modules are FREE to use whilst in BETA for the first 2 MONTHS.
What can I expect as a client?
The BETA functionality will be made readily available upon each release. The PSIber Support Helpdesk is fully equipped to analyse all of your comments & suggestions.
