DY Context for the development of the HPET Questionnaire
1. We are fascinated and passionate about teams attaining a sustainable high performing state.
2. We are passionate about seeking new ways of looking at challenges and seek to develop new thinking and innovative models and frameworks.
3. We believed that we could develop a new framework for understanding, diagnosing and assisting teams with a vehicle for attaining a high performing state.
4. We went about developing a High Performing Elite Teams (HPET) framework based on an analysis of the last ten years of research into high performing teams.
5. Finally, once we had developed the model, we developed a diagnostic tool to assess the high performing state of teams – the TLC HPET Questionnaire.
