interview scene

The two scenes shown here are from a second year project. They are clips from a flash animation, it was the young person interviewing the older person on thier thoughts on global warming.it consisted of mouths and eye movements for this scene and audio playing in sync to the mouths for the conversa-tion.

Crest

This is a design that i worked on one day during the summer. it is a crest design for my local football team. the current crest is not understood. i have designed another crest, that i feel, for consideration by the board in the next meeting that they will hold. otherwise i have touched up their digital copy of the crest for part my proposal to them of creating a club website.

i had been looking through a website with different photoshop effects and having seen a few similar ideas i decided to try to design a similar effect. it didnt come out as well as the websites one but it didnt differ too much from the websites one.

Music game

this 2nd year project was out-lined as having to create an interactive Game/application. three spheres indicated three different types/genres of music once one is selected the user is prompted to click an instrument on the page depending on the sphere selected the music played would vary with the instrument it is. eg. irish, output tin whistle tune

flash web page

This is a flash web page that i designed to open in stages as the page flips on the screen. once one page is clicked it folds out showing informa-tion on rthe selected object. once the user then selects ‘close’ the page folds back to its original position.

This design was a tutorial that i completed in first year i dont know where i found it but i remember thinking that noboy else would have any-thing like it. it came out well in comparison to the original and it works very well with the background

i have joined with a classmate to design an interactive media in relation to a compe-tition run every year by ‘dare2bdrinkaware’ drinkaware.ie. I am doing the programming on this project and my classmate is focusing on the main design side this project is going to 60% of our final grade, is going to get the most if not all of that percentage and is possibly the most exceptional going on classmates and lecturers evaluation.Shown are a few clips of the project and its features.

we are organising a three day festival weekend as a fundraiser for the local football team as they are in financial difficulty like many other places and a very big part of the local community. I and heading the design and advertisment side of things and at even though still only in the organising stage of it all designs for posters and other types of advertising are done. The shown design is the main poster for the Festival,
