Tofu Noodles

Add tofu with noodles and finely chopped vegetables. Add some spice on it and serve in Chinese style. A perfect dish for all vegans.

Tofu Steaks with Shiitakes

Marinade tofu. Add tofu to pan and cook 3 minutes on each side.Add 1 tablespoon oil. Add bell pepper, carrot, and salt. sauté 3 minutes.

Add garlic, shiitakes and soy sauce. Serve hot.

Make the sauce with broth, bean paste, soy sauce, and kosher salt - Slide tofu into a saucepan of simmering water for sometimes - Fry pork
