Anita Bath holds up a liquor store, aiming a hand gun at the cashier and demanding all the money in the cash register. Instead of handling over the money, the cashier grabs Bath. In the ensuing struggle, the gun goes off, killing the cashier.

Dan D. Lyons is driving his automobile down the road at 60 mph. He is drunk and doesn’t slow down when he comes into a small town where the speed limit is 25 mph. He runs into an old lady who is crossing the street and she dies from the injuries.

Ella Vader has had her farmhouse broken into several times by thieves. She goes on vacation and sets up a trap gun which will go off if anyone enters the backdoor. Hugh Morris breaks into the farmhouse, looking for antiques, and the gun goes off, killing him.
