As per the decision of principal’s meeting held in the office chamber of Secretary J&K, State Board ofTechnical Education Jammu on 08-08-2015 following modifications have been made for the smoothconduct of examination in the date sheet issued under this office endorsement no SBOTE/Exam/MJ-15/2069-2100 dated 29-07-2015 for the session May-June-2015.1. The timing of the theory papers for 1st, 2nd & 4th Semesters w.e.f 13-08-2015 will be as 9.00 amfor Morning shift and 1.00 pm for Evening shift instead of 10.00 am and 2.00 pm respectively.2. The Drawing paper of all branches of 1st semester which was scheduled and shall be conductedon 1st of September 2015 at 12.00 noon. Venue of examination centre shall remains same.

For and on behalf of the Chairman, SMVDSB, notice for the auction of the disman-tled Iron Scrap on "As is where is basis" is hereby issued for the information of theinterested parties, firms etc. to participate in the auction to be held on 26th of August2015 in the premises of the SMVDIME, Kakryal at 3.00 P.M.1)The bidder(s) shall have to register themselves with the Auction committeebetween 2 P.M. to 3 P.M. & deposit of Rs 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only)in the shape of CDR/FDR pledged to CAO SMVDIME as Security Deposit which shallbe refunded/adjusted as the case may be after the close of the auction, withoutwhich, no bidder shall be allowed to participate in the Auction.2) Sales Tax @ 13.5% or as applicable will be payable by the successful bidder(s).3) The auction of the whole lot shall be done in one go.
