DEVELOPING COACHES (LEARNING TO BE A COACH) Leader Coach Development Programs What does it really mean to be a Leader Coach? What is the difference between being a Leader Coach versus an independent coach? How do Leader Coaches develop high performing teams? What do the best-in-class Leader Coaches do that make them so successful? These are just some of the questions we explore in the development program. As well as learning the fundamentals of what it means to be a Leader Coach, participants will also learn of advanced techniques that can enhance the Leader Coach’s repertoire. This program is a 22-day, face-to-face residential program spread out over two modules. In between the modules, participants will engage in 13 hours of virtual learning and 25 hours of supervision coaching. All participants will be awarded a Thunderbird certificate of participation with the option of completing the ICF ACC certification. The residential program consists of: Alumni benefits: 1 year access to our online library of research papers and webinars. Alumni may attend 1 research event, of their choice, in the year following graduation for free. Leadership development is a constant need in professional settings and coaching is increasingly recognized as one of the most productive and positive ways to develop quality leaders. Thunderbird offers a global program to meet this need.
