HOW TO ENJOY THE ULTIMATE SPA EXPERIENCE

We strive to ensure each guest gets the most from their experience. To preserve the tranquility of our environment, we kindly request that you turn off cell phones prior to your arrival.

ArrivalPlan to check in at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled Spa or Salon service. This will allow time for changing and use of our facilities, including the steam room and showers.

For Your Comfort and ConvenienceThis is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, or the volume of the music, please share your preferences with us.

Health Issues or ConcernsPlease advise our staff if you are pregnant, are recovering from recent surgery, or have any existing medical concerns. For your health and safety, we recommend avoiding the consumption of alcohol if you will be using the steam room. Please note, our treatment tables support up to 500 pounds.

Dress CodeWear whatever makes you feel most comfortable and relaxed. During your stay at The Spa, we will provide you with a cozy robe and slippers along with a private locker. Your robe and slippers are appropriate attire for anywhere in The Spa. Some Spa guests prefer a bathing suit for the steam rooms, although this isn’t required. During your service, be assured that our therapists will respect your privacy, and are trained to keep you properly and modestly covered throughout your treatment.

Age RequirementsThe Spa, including massage and body treatments, is available to guests 18 years of age and older. For guests ages 12 to 17, nail and facial services are available with a parental chaperone. For your own peace of mind, and for the safety of your children, please make arrangements for childcare during your appointment times if they will not be receiving a Spa service.

GratuitiesFor your convenience, a 22 percent service charge is automatically added to each Spa service received. Gratuities are dispersed to spa staff who served you during your experience. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

Cancellation PolicyIn consideration of others, please cancel 12 hours in advance. Appointments canceled less than 12 hours in advance will be charged the full price. If appointments are rescheduled or changed less than 12 hours in advance, a $35 fee will be charged.

For Group Appointments or Spa Packages, we ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice. No-shows and late group cancellations will be charged in full.

Spa Access Without a Scheduled Treatment The Spa at Griffin Gate is open for those guests without a scheduled treatment through the purchase of a Spa Day Pass. When available, passes may be purchased at the Spa after 8:30 a.m. All passes are based on availability and are not sold in advance.

The Spa at Griffin Gate is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Hours may vary seasonally or for special events.
