ADORATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT SCHEDULE Please note that regular hours for Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at Holy Name of Jesus will resume on Tuesday, January 7 at 11:30am.

2019 YEAR-END DONATIONS For your donation to be applied to the 2019 tax year, it must be received in the office by December 31, 2019, regardless of the date issued on the cheque. Donations received after will be applied to the 2020 tax year.

PRAYERS FOR YOUNG ADULTS ATTENDING ‘RISE UP’ Please keep in your prayers a group of six young adults from our community who will attend the Catholic Young Adults Conference “Rise Up” in Toronto from Dec. 28 - Jan. 1. We pray this conference will be a time of spiritual renewal and grace for these young people!

Dear Lord, Bless our family. Be so kind as to give us the unity, peace, and mutual love that You found in Your own family in the little town of Nazareth.

Saint Joseph, pray for the head of our family. Obtain for him the strength, the wisdom, and the prudence he needs to support and direct those under his care.

Mother Mary, pray for the mother of our family. Help her to be pure and kind, gentle and self-sacrificing. For the more she resembles you, the better will our family be.

Lord Jesus, bless the children of our family. Help them to be obedient and devoted to their parents. Make them more and more like You. Let them grow, as You did, in wisdom and strength and grace before God and man.

Holy Family of Nazareth, by your intercession, love, and holy example, make our family and home more and more like Yours, until we are all one family, happy and at peace in our true home with You. Amen.

FEAST OF THE MOST HOLY NAME OF JESUS The month of January is traditionally dedicated to the Holy Name of Jesus, with January 3rd being the feast of the Holy Name. To honour the patron name of Holy Name of Jesus Church, refreshments will be served after the 4:00pm and 11:15am Masses next weekend January 4/5.

Join us following the 4:00pm Mass on New Year’s Eve at Holy Name of Jesus Church to bring in the New Year with food and games for all ages! Bring a dish to share, and bring your favourite game.
