Congratulations!
Season of Lent This year our Lenten theme is “The Gifts of
Jesus,” and each week we’ll hear how Jesus
gives us life, healing, salvation, and grace.
We’ll also have the opportunity to create
“prayer beads” in the Café during each worship
service, to use throughout Lent, and beyond.
Wednesday, March 14th at 9:00am
We will be meeting at Eggbert’s in Owasso
for breakfast! If you plan to attend please
contact Dorothy.
Golden Agers
Women’s Retreat
Friday, April 27 - Sunday, April 29th
Sign up in the foyer today for the
Women’s Retreat at Dwight Mission
Camp! We are looking for 10 women
to join our retreat. Cost will be rough-
ly $65/person, and we will be cooking
our own meals!
A Grandpal is any adult that has a heart for the children in our congregation.
It’s being a secret pal to a child for a few weeks this Spring.
Each child has filled out an information sheet about themselves. You can
choose one of their information sheets on Sunday, March 4th. Then each week
following you can secretly leave notes of encouragement, little snacks or small
gifts, favorite Bible verses, etc. to connect with your chosen child.
There will be a lunch following Worship on April 8th when we will reveal to the
children who their Grandpal has been! The children are very excited about
Grandpals!
Hope you’ll join in for the fun! -Ms. Susan
