Richly veined with black fruit, vanilla and other sweet spices, there is no better wine for roast leg of lamb studded with rosemary and garlic.

2BARBERAD’ASTILAVIGNONEPICOMACCARIOPico Maccario Lavignone Barbera D’Asti is an intense ruby red in colour. The wine has a charming bouquet with aromas of cherry, plum and red berries. On the palate it is complex with firm structure and a long, harmonious finish.

3VALMINORALBARINOValminor Albarino is made from 100% Albarino grapes. It shows off a straw yellow colour and presents a fruity bouquet of melon, apricot and grapefruit. On the palate there is a lovely level of fresh, mouthwatering acidity and flavours of green apple and elegant fruit.

4 SANCERREPAULPRIEURThis superb Sancerre comes from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on several parcels of vineyards, mainly in the communes of Verdigny and Sancerre. Didier Prieur carefully assembles the cuvées, so the different soils of each commune contribute to the wine’s richness and complexity. The wine is fermented slowly and aged in stainless steel to preserve all of the natural fruit.
